Last updated: September 2026We value your privacy above all. Every calculation you run — grades, scores, weights, targets — stays entirely on your own device. Our tools run locally in your browser, so nothing is uploaded to a server without your knowledge.
Our grade calculators are built using client-side JavaScript. When you enter a current grade, a score, or a weight, that number is processed directly in your browser’s memory and never transmitted to us or anyone else.
We don’t require an account, a login, or any personal information to use any of our tools. The only thing ever saved is an optional custom setting — like a personalized grading scale — and that’s stored locally in your own browser’s storage, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it completely.
We encourage teachers and students to use our tools with confidence, knowing that real student grades and personal academic information are never stored, shared, or sold. This applies whether you’re grading a single test or working out a full semester average.
If a future tool on this site ever requires sending data to a server (for example, to save results across devices), we will update this policy clearly before that feature goes live, and it will always be optional.
